Mental Health
With our mental health service we can bring the Doctor’s Office directly to you. We will meet with you to discuss your current health conditions and concerns and form a health and wellness plan tailored to your needs. If you need to see a specialist, we can connect you with fast referrals. Although we do not bill insurance for this care, you can still utilize insurance to cover the costs of certain tests and outside appointments.
Telemed Appointments
With Brittany Fitzmaurice NP, you do not get a different provider every time you call. You will get one Provider every time! That allows for faster access, and quality and consistent care!
